The Double Down burger is back at KFC. KFC’s Double Down “burger” contains no bread, but has two chicken fillets, bacon, cheese and sauce – and a double dose of sodium.

Its a Double open burger with homemade fresh ground beef pattie with grilled cheese, bacon, egg, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, relish, mayo and service with a basket of crinkle cut fries and for only $20 is a real mans burger.
